"Unanswered Prayers"

I wasn't going to write today but as I was getting ready for bed I suddenly found inspiration from an unexpected source.

Sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers

Remember when you're talkin' to the man upstairs
That just because he doesn't answer doesn't mean he don't care

I think we can all relate to this.

If it were up to me, there are a few things I would have wished away but tonight I'm glad that He knows what's best.
