Happy Red Nose Day!

Some of you saw my facebook photo album. It was nearly impossible to have a bad day with a big red nose on my face.

There are so many things that happen each day that threaten to take our smiles and take our joy and as a result we often forget about the tiniest of tiny things that we can do to kick the darkness back! Maybe you didn't get a red nose, but I'm sure you have something around your house or office that gives you a little bit of silly :)

I don't know why I knew that this was a real song...
