Hype!!!!!

I feel like I could run laps around my neighborhood right now!!! I don't know if it was just the new church service at http://www.newhopenc.org/ this morning or something else. The praise and worship team played all my songs! It's like they were eavesdropping on Pursuit (my old young adult ministry): "Moving Forward", "No More Shackles (Freedom)", "Hosanna", etc.

I have so much clarity. The sermon was about tithing. Any pastor who speaks apologetically about tithing is alright in my book. That just confirmed some instruction and a prophetic word I received a few months ago. On the drive home I had a "Jesus Take the Wheel" moment and had some real clarity about my gifts. I saw, in this season, where my strengths are in a church ministry. Give me a mic and let me help prepare hearts for service, that's where I feel most alive right now. [We had an assignment for servant leadership class to think about the things that make you feel most alive and most dead on a daily basis].

This is the generation that will seek Your face.
