Don't touch anything in the gym locker room!
Even if it appears clean, don't be fooled. One day I left my shower shoes at home then saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor and thought that was pretty bad. But today was the worst...
"Concerned Friend: How many times to I have to tell you not to sit on the bench with your bare butt?!? That's gross.
Guilty Party: I know, I know
Concerned Friend: I mean how old are you? I've told you this before.
Guilty Party: Yeah yeah yeah whatever
Concerned Friend: Well at least wipe it off with soap and water because nobody wants to sit where your butt has been."
Fortunately she did wipe the bench off afterward. However, my advice still remains....just don't touch ANYTHING!
