Today is my dad's birthday and it is kind of sad that I didn't even see his face because I've been in meetings all day. The only thing I heard of his voice was "Aku, don't forget to turn the light off before you go to bed" to which I responded "I already did! Happy birthday!" and he said "Thanks" before going to bed.
I've been thinking about a post I wrote in 2010 when I first entered the Johnson Intern Program. It's about my dad. Here is the link:
